Welcome coaches to the Valley Junior High School Athletic League.  Here you are going to find resources that will help you in your journey coaching the athletes in our surrounding communities.

Your point of contact will always be the athletic director(s) at your school site.  Each school functions uniquely, and facilities and procedures vary based on available space.  This is a good jumping off point for you to get familiar with the way in which this league functions.  Click through the links to the left, and visit your specific sports page to see the rules.

The VJHSAL Sport Program has been organized to provide students with the opportunity to participate in formal, organized athletic events.

The guiding philosophy of this sports program is: “Students interested in participation in an athletic endeavor should have the opportunity to do so under responsible supervision."
